I got a call from American Capital to get a card. It was a 249.00 deposit. Then they sent a statement to send 49.00 for speeding return of the card. It has been two weeks and have not recieved a card. I am a student needing that card to pay repairs on the car and buy books. I am also seperated without a job raising a five year old boy. This card was to help me keep him in our house and to fic my car to drive back and forth.
I need justice on this claim. I have no idea what their address is because I was called by phone. All the info I have is phone 1-866-646-2246. When calling the number I get a recording to check agian. The extention is 1831 the person I talk to was Dan. I have two numbers and not sure what they are 13452 and 1100. My bank statemant gives the date 8/15 it was debited from the account ID96047 and ID# (866) 229-5480. Please help me I have been through enough.
