This company has been calling here several times a day. It is an automated system and no matter how long you wait, no one ever comes on the line. I call the number back from another phone and inform them that this is not our bill. They always tell me the same thing, "your number has been deleted from our database". Obviously it hasn't because they still keep calling.
Today they called twice within two hours and I was told the same thing each time. The man I was talking to the 2nd time said that they had not called this number before. He said the number was not even in their database. I informed him that the number I was calling from was not our home number, and he then told me to stop calling in and reporting false calls. I asked for his supervisor and he refused to transfer me, he said there wasn't one available and he hung up on me.
I called back again and supposedlhy reached a supervisor named Sally. She was also extremely rude and said that obviously all I wanted to do was argue and she didn't have time for that. She ended up hanging up on me also.
These people are nothing but scum sucking bottom feeders and they don't care who they hurt or harrass.
I have listed a letter below that you can send to any of these type of people, but you have to send it certified, return receipt requested. Just change the personal fields and put in your own information. I got this letter from an attorney and have used it in the past and the contact stops immediately. Sending this letter really works, I promise.
