My husband got a loan through cash call a few months ago. Well, we have ran into some bad times and are a month behind. They just came by our house today. WHAT! They call about 12 times a day and call my parents house and my husbands parents house and give out our personal info. I want to get this done, but until tax time comes I don't see how. I haven't even been able to find a debt counseling company that works with Cash Call. What are we to do. The bad thing is they were debting our checking account without permission. They did this one time last month and so I sent 15 faxs telling them they have no authorization to debt my checking account anymore as it doesn't have my husbands name on it, just mine. It actually caused my house payment to bounce.
