PLEASE BEWARE of Vincent Patrick he goes around trying to obtain clients for his lead generation company. He will promise you that he has top leads and your guarantee to get some loans out of them. He is selling title leads in which anyone can get for free. You're being charged thousand of dollars for something you could have gotten free. The leads are being recycled constantly and he sells the same leads over and over. This man knows how to con people out of their money and won't come through with his promises. So many people have believed in him and thought this man is going to help you make money.
Yeap, now the reality of it just hit, when it appears to be too good to be true, it's probably' because it's all a scam. He won't care about you not getting good customer service nor the leads that cost $3,000 upfront. Once he finishes feeding you all these promises and lies, he is off to hammer the check. He will drive straight to your bank to cash the check. (He wants to make sure he keeps every dime away from Uncle Sam)
Now your biggest nightmare is about to begin. The following day, you're all ready to receive those wonderful hot leads Vincent promised you. Nothing, not a call and you think okay maybe tomorrow he will send them. The same thing happens, now you've confirmed that bad hunch you had about writing a $3,000 check before receiving anything. Now he will start avoiding your calls, because he doesn't want to hear it! His cell phone will be turned off or voice mail will be full. You won't be able to reach him at the office because he is out collecting another check from another client who he just promised great leads and live transfers. The cycle just keeps repeating and it's because nobody will report this man.
If you have been ripped off by Vincent Patrick, you must report him for fraud. He is operating this business illegally and has stiffed the IRS out of thousands of dollars. Not to mention all the consumers who have been victims of this scam. Seek Justice; call the Fed's, Federal Trade Commission, Better Business Bureau, Attorney General. We must all take action and stand up for what's right, don't allow anyone else to be a victim.
