This company slammed a fee on us at settlement which not only took monies from our cah out, but they also exceeded the allowed percent to be charged to a homeowner in ths state on New Jersey. We have not only filed this informational report for all other homeowners to view but we are also in the process of filing against them through the NJ State Banking and Insurance Comissions.

HOMEOWNERS BEWARE!!! Do not let them get you!!! THey make you feel helpless and them BAIT AND SWITCH YOU!!! It is a real pattern that they have down pat, I wouldn't be surprised if I found other issues with my mortgage. NOTE: They sell your mortgage to all companies, I received packages from atleast 3-4 other mortgage companies after closing on our loan. Imagine what that did to our credit scores??
