On Friday, August 10, NCO called announcing themselves to my place of business as "National Court Order". Of course, when I immediately searched the internet for the company National Court Order, none existed.
I am not allowed personal or personal business calls at work, and proceeded to tell the caller this at that time. The woman caller, "Roz", would not stop calling, she called 4 times in less than 15 minutes. She was put in my voicemail by others in the office who answer the phone, but she would not leave a voicemail with contact information. She would only say, "If you don't want to go to court, you'd better talk to me!"
Roz also asked to talk to a manager or supervisor so that she could "verify employment", as she was talking to me, on the phone, at my place of business, where she called me... I that me being on the phone could be interpreted as verification of employment.
To this very moment, I have no idea what the debt is that she is calling about, she has not told me, not once. It's so embarrassing to be harrassed at your place of business, and are they allowed to call themselves "National Court Order"?
