Cca - first national card got my info without my permission and took my money ripoff

I have no idea how these people got my information, but somehow they got all of my information and sent me two credit cards. One is for some catelog and the other is for some money transfer. I never requested these.

Now, they've taken out $199.99 out of my account and I have no idea how they got my account information. This makes me extremely angry!
