I, also, have experienced a terrible encounter using the rent return on my 2004 Lexus around Bank. The costs were as adopted: Used left tire-$237, Qtr Cell Reduction-$270, Absent Shipment Address-$813.62 (was in-vehicle when switched in), Used correct tire-$237-Spot on rear floor pad-$40-left-rear door scratch-$75-Rear Bumper scrtatch-$75-Mind lining spot-$75-right-rear door scratch-$75-quit 1/4 cell scratch-$246. After I named directly into issue these charges, I had been informed by an incredibly rude CSR called Kathy (1-866-250-3147) that I'd no option but to pay for these charges. After I requested to get a bill about the repairs, she explained it had been none of my company. I then proceeded to request her if this is the way she treats clients. I had been advised I had been not really a client. This is actually the " ROYAL SCAM".
