To Dan, Bill, Pat, & Jay:
Do you guy's ever look at yourself in the morning and say 'what I have done to people'. Foreclose is at an all-time high (Thanks to you teaching 'So-Called Mortgage Bankers' to push people in these loans without telling them the correct risk that goes with it) or do you cat's ever think about the 462 people who have worked 80 hours a week, to feed their family, to have a better life. While you all sit in your Million Dollar homes think about the people you have stepped on to get to where you are? Jay sits in his million dollar home over looking that beautiful lake ' snuggled up next to his fireplace while other people is out there struggling to pay for gas, even hoping to put food in the fridge this week. But, you CLOWNS have no ideal to even know what it's like. I bet you DEVILS don't even pray or think about God.
I have past clients who are now losing their homes due to Smart Choice, Advantaged, AVM Heloc's, I-Loans etc. These people lives are destroyed because of the training that I received from Quicken Loans to be that bad a* super Mortgage Banker.
I'm sorry to all the past people who lives were destroyed. I was only out to make the buck, to boost that GREEN BAR to the MAX ' I knew no better but only the teachings for Jay F demanding that we get more books/folders back.

And for god's sake Danny, pay the people who have worked so hard (under paid also) for you, their overtime hours. Stop running!
