Like the others in this report site, I myself went through the same thing. I purchased a bowflex in December of 06, I had problems getting the machine.in January of 07 I had not received any paperwork. I called the credit company and they said they would send the paperwork.in the meanwhile we had sent a check to the adress gave to us over the phone. The next month never received a statement. Thus payment was late. I got nocked off the introductory payment plan. Doubled my payment. Still paying for the bowflex. I think their practices are unethical and probably illlegal. We all need to find a lawyer that will help us.
Bowflex and this company must not get away with this. We all need to persue this relentlessly. As a consumer I am tired of getting Ripped Off!!!
