Looks like it's not limited to MC because I got one for $19.99 on my VISA. Why doesn't MC & VISA block their mechant account? My bank says they "investigated" and it appears that I or someone authorized by me made the charge - no way - I've never downloaded or bought any song online from these guys or anyone else. What kind of investigation doesn't include a web search for the company name - a simple web search turns up thousands of complaints about these guys making up fake charges to people's cards.
