I'm fileing this report for my Daughter, She doe's not have a computer and is the victim of this crooked business. My Daughter is a single mother of Five children and just got a new job, Her car had broken down and she needed to have it fixed to be able to get to work. The repirs was going to cost her $500.00 dollars to get it fixed. She went to Cash Choice and borrowed the $500.00 Dollars needed to get her car repaired. She signed her cars Tittle over to them to hold untill the loan was paid back in full. Before she borrowed the money she explained to them about she had just started work and only got paid One'ce every two weeks. They told my daughter they understood and would work with her and if she had any problems to just give them a call that they would help her with any problems she might have paying back the loan. Well her payment was going to be late because she had to waite to get her first pay check which she had already explained to them about. They now suddenly for got all about the nice things they had told her before she went to borrow the money and told her that if she did not have $225.00 dollars payment in their office by Saturday 7-28TH-07 They would call the Repo man and have her car Repossessed and They would be coming to get her car on Sunday 7-29TH-07 and if the car was not there at the house for them to pick up they would call the Police and have it reported as stolen. [being they had the tittle]. Here is the proofe they are Crooks... I' went Friday 7-27TH-07 myself to take them $100 Dollars to help pay on my daughters loan Her Boy Friend had the otheir $125.00 he was going to take in later Friday and pay on my daughters loan which would have paid it up to date. Well when I' go there to pay they tell me They can not take just the $100,00 Dollars that they will half to have the full amount. Which I' can understand, if they had taken a half payment and her boy friend did not show up with the otheir half they by law would be stuck with the half payment. Well being they would not take my Hundred dollars, I' came home. Later my daughter calls me at home and tells me her boy friend got the full amount and when he went to Cash Choice to pay the full amount on her payment $225.00 the full amount they refused to accept it from him, Told him that my Daughter would half to bring in the payment her self." She has to work Late and they close early so I' can see what their Goal is. They are wanting her car not the payment which I' think is to high any way. They are Crooks! Car Thieves, Not really interrested in being paid back what was loaned but wanting to steal a poor single mothers car the mother of Five small children living at home with her. Her car is the way she gets to work to earn a living for her children and her self. This place "CASH CHOICE are really scum of the Earth and real Low Lifes. The City Of Springfield Missouri should be a shamed letting crooks like this have a business license to steal poor young women with children cars from them. Please any one who reads this and lives in Springfield Missouri "DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS with these crooks! Do not let them take you as a fool also.
