This morning I 'googled' Afni to find there phone number to inquiry about an account that they say I am past due on. That's how I found 'complaint'. I found I am one of many that feel they are being ripped off by Afni. I, many of you, received a phone call from Afni stating they I owed $219 for a Verizon (land line) account that was activated back in 1996. It was at an address I never lived at. I have NEVER had Verizon land line. I was at a lost & angry. I have worked really hard to obtain good credit & my first thought is that this company is going to ruin my credit over a couple hundred dollars. I have time on my hands so I decided to fight them. If anyone has any advice?
