Ripoff, for a one time $50 fee a credit card for 5,000 was supposed to be pre-approved and sent to me. Ripoff swindlers

I recieved a very official looking letter of introduction from
Pepoles Credit. This letter stated that I had been pre-approved for a credit card with a 5,000 dollar credit line, and all I needed to do was send them a one time fee of $50 dollars to rush my card right out to me.

I'am disabled and on a set income so it would really be great if I could recover the 50 bucks I sent them.By the way Email is the very best way to contact me.

P.S. I sent a postal money order with tracking&conformation, so, I have a record of just when, where, and what time the money order arrived and was recieved.
