This company sent me to a collection agency after three years of an initial attempt to apply for their card claiming that I owe them $195 because I did not complete my application. I tried to contact the company to talk to them on this issue left them four voice mail but they never returned my calls, I finally got through on my lunch break only to speak to an ill-mannered, rude, and obtrusive phone rep. I was not allowed to put in my own argument, when I asked to speak to a manager I was told that I couldn't speak to a manager and he hanged up on me. He claims his first name is john but it took him a while to come up with that one. Any advices on my next move, sues or try to get in touch with someone higher up? I also noticed they only provided a PO box number.
