I was ripped off as well as many others by capital First. They had called me a month in a half ago that I was qualified to recieve a credit card of a 2500.00 limit. They even asked me if I wanted Visa or mastercard. They told me I will receive my package in 2 weeks and only be charged for shipping and handling. 29.95. Which they charged the next day to my account.
A month in a half passed and I still didn't see no package and my checking account was charged 3 weeks after 59.95,99.95. I called and they told me to send a letter to the above address and that I will receive a refund. Which I do not believe, for I ran across this web page trying to find a website for them. Which they have anything.
