Fifth Third Bank is a total rip. They just robbed me of over $100. When I had money that was deposited and deposits pending. All of my transactions were posted and cleared so everything went through. I had one transaction I realised I didnt have enough so i went to the ATM and deposited a bunch of money. Took them over 4 Days to clear it and charged me with over $100 taking all of the money i have deposited. They charged me with $66 overdraft for that one item then another $33 (tell me where this came from) also multiple $6 fees... WTF?! Where do they think they can do this when I had money in my account! The women I had spoke to was a complete bitch (excuse my language) I told her they are robbing me and all she could do is say Im sorry. Half the time she couldnt even look up any of my last transactions on my account.
I spoke to a young man at the office and he had told me they do it on purpose. He admitted they DO rob people! Look at their pamphlets on fees or even online on their website. They keep changing things. They dont play by what they promise and tell people. Its all a scam. Bs. A few months ago they had linked my husbands account to mine as an overdraft account. We never asked for it. For some apparent reason they can't fix our accounts! Also a few months ago I was charged with $126 overdraft fee. Where does it say they charge $126 over draft fees on there website or info packets you pick up. Its $33. If they make changes its only fair to have their clients and customers know, right?!
