Credit Solutions DO NOT Enroll with Credit Solutions!!! Nothing but a SCAM Ripoff Addison Texas
My wife and I enrolled with Credit Solutions last year after my wife lost her job. It took her several months find another job and when she did we were so far behind on our bills.
We found Credit Solutions and they made the program sound so good. We were sadly mistaken. They promised to stop all the phone calls, They don't. They promise to settle all your debt for you at 60% less than what you owe. What they don't tell you is that Credit Card Companies do not have to work with Credit Solutions and most of them don't. And they will also tell you that it is based off of the amount you owe when you enroll in the program. It's NOT. I owe so much more than I did when I started due to Finance Charges, Late Fees, and Court Costs.
And good luck getting anyone to call you back. I would call them all the time with a new Collection Notice and wouldn't be able to get anyone to call me back. They would just tell me that they would engage them and get it settled.
They will also tell you that they will handle everything, don't trust them. My wife and I have been sued, Judgement Liens placed against us, bank accounts seized by creditors, and my wages have also been garnished. That is what Credit Solutions does for you.
They do absolutely nothing but take your money and then get you sued and all of your money taken from you by the Creditors. We would have been better off filing for bankruptcy.
We have tried to get a refund from Credit Solutions but they said that they have settled all my accounts for me. They settled my accounts for me alright, they got garnishments against me and the Creditors are getting every penny I owe them.
