I also recieved a yellow card in the mail. I am young and living on my own trying to make ends meet. I thought it would be great since I was turned down on loans so that I can pay bills. They gave me until August 18 to pay the $199.95 I later decided on July 25 or so that I didn't want to waste my money on this. I called and told the lady, I didn't get her name which was a big mistake.
On August 19 they took out my money anyway. I called my bank and put a stop payment on it. I called the company yesterday about 5 times and everytime I called the computers were down. I spoke to a guy named Curtis and he was very rude. I asked him to let me speak with a supervisor and he denied me that right. I called back today and talked to Stephanie first and she was telling me that I have to wait until I get my package and then I will have to go through the refund policy.
I told them I wasn't waiting so they don't even need to send a package becuase it wasn't authorized. I finally spoke with a guy named Marc who told me that since I put a stop payment on it that I won't be recieving a package and that they are not allowed to send it back throught twice.
Now that I have read this report from everyone on this site I am going to file a complaint. First I am going to contact my lawyer and let them know about this company and see what he will advise me to do. Just a little advice to everyone who has had a problem with this company they can be looked into for mail fraud and wire fraud.
Now that they have taken the money out after telling them not to i am going to have to change my account with my bank. I would advise everyone else to do the same.
