My husbands grandmother died a year ago and the house we live in is in her name. There have been alot of people who have tried to assume her loan but Vanderbilt WILL NOT let anyone assume it! WHY? They have also harrassed us about payments! This company will not stop! Here's an idea... Everyone just let your house go back... Tell no one to buy from them... THEN THEY WILL HAVE A FRONT YARD FULL OF USED TRAILERS! Then see how they like being treated like a science rat! We're just trying to get this house out of grandma's name and they are actually holding up the estate... AM I RIGHT?
