Unprofessional personal bankers

I advised the private bank to ensure that the CD-I had together doesn't restore. I did so exactly the same via mail when I am presently traveling and will not be in the claims until Sept. Nevertheless, he doesn't study by e-mail, or does he quit the restoration of the Disc, that has led to me getting caught using the low-interest Disc for another month. Can anybody get me the contact details for that customer complaint cell of Bank Of America.
