Fraud Division Check And Merchant Service
Harassing phone calls, and letters for a check that was wrote 9yrs ago, and that has been paid for

I have recieved continuous letters threatening me that they would send the information to local law official, I have recieved a letter from the merchant reporting that I have paid for the check but that was not good enough for them, they said I would still have to pay for the check. I would like to see if I could get this resolved.
