Due to mailing address change April stmt of $14.95 was received after due date. Amount paid but late fees and service charge now assess at $81.00

Due to a mailing address change the April stmt was received on 05-05 3 days after the due date for a total of $14.95. Called RBS to advise correct address and told them mailing payment. Was told if any charges to call back for adjustment. Received May bill with a late payment fee of $39.00 and service charge of $2.00. Called RBS and was told no adjustment will be made. Closed the account. Received May stmt with additional fees of$40.00. Amount now due is $81.00 on a zero balance account.
