I had recently paid off a loan with this company on my truck and the payoff check had been sent in the mail and it did not reach them until the day after another payment was due and I had automatic withdrawal. I had called multiple times before they sent the payoff check to try and cancel the automatic withdrawal but they said, " You can not cancel it until we recieve the payoff" and as a result they emptied out like half of my bank account with another payment and they claimed that "Oh we will send your refund check out on May 28th but I found out a week or so later when I called that they still hadn't sent it out they keep beating around the bush it's ridicoulous.
I called every day after May 28th checking on it and they kept saying oh it's been sent out and then I ask the supervisor what happened and he said, " Oh the told you wrong we haven't sent it out yet we still have to get the check released and signed and that takes three days or more!" What the hell is up with that?" They are being ridicuolous and they have put me in a very hard place cause I have other payements comeing up and I needed that money. They claimed that they are not allowed to overnight things even if its urgent. I call back every day and they keep putting it off saying it needs to be signed or it hasent been released yet. Overall they are ripping me off and other people off I would discourage anyone from dealing with them. I am just about ready to file a lawsuit.
