These companies all need to be reported to the proper agencies. The FTC, Consumer Sentinel, the FBI, Please contact them. These companies only have PO Boxes in that area, they do not originate from there. BABC being an exception. I do believe that Peter Porcelli IS in that area, and he should be reported if you were scammed by BAY AREA BUSINESS COUNCIL, Largo, Fl. A suburb of Tampa. Clearwater, St. Petersburg, Largo, Valico address's of these companies send to:
