I am almost 60 years old and have always had a great credit rating before Aurora Loan Services. Ours was a SBA loan that was sold to them. My payment is only $49.00 a month. I always pay a minimum of $100.00. Sometimes I would get a monthly statement, but not all the time. They would post my check at different times of the month, so they could charge more interest. Finally, I decided to do a check draft for a $100.00 a month because of the statements coming late or not at all. They are the only company that I have ever had a check draft with that could screw it up. They sent all kinds of letters saying I did not have a checking account, had someone to call me saying my payment was late due to insufficent funds and on and on.
Today was the last straw. A woman called to say that I had not made my April payment. I told her I was sitting here looking at the posted check. She said that check was for March. I told her I was looking at the March posted check. Keep in mind that my payment is $49.00 and I always pay $100.00. Do I appear as someone trying to dodge the payment? I have never had such an awful experience with a company in my 60 years. Never, never, never use them.
