Unreasonable APR of 28.15%

I also am a longtime individual and business-client of CapitalOne, present on all my funds.

I work a little launch company and in the last 1 5 years was overdue on the pair funds, neither over 30 times. To my shock, this month, my RATE jumped to 28.15%

I approached CapitalOne and requested to get a price decrease and described the conditions and tests to be a small company. Their solution..."Tough Luck".

I ended my business-card and plan to stop my own card aswell. 28.15% RATE is legal and totally uncommon actually for some overdue payments, when other credit facets, rating, individual card from same organization, etc. Are impressive.
