I have been dealing with Seawest for two years. Someone hit my car, Seawest is my finance company. My insurance company sent me a check for the damages and told me to mail the check to Seawest and send them a picture of the car plus other paperwork that they required. Well I and the body shop did what we were told to do and they haven't paid him yet.
The body shop took my car. Seawest told me to hide my car so he couldn't get the car. I have to have transportaion to and from work, I have three kids I have to take care of and Seawest would like their payment ony the 15 of August. Since Seawest is so slow in taking time to process needed paperwork I think I will take time in paying them their monthly payment. Glenda Lusby Allen
