Lost a payment

I bought an automobile in July and our first cost was due on July 1st that was picked out-of consideration every month there-after.in November Wells Fargo required it apon themselves to include insurance to the automobile $2700.00 and we'd insurance about the car when bought. These were delivered a duplicate of insurance plan three times by our Allstate. They got among our funds and settled the insurance and not had included it back again to our consideration. Today 10 funds latter they're calling saying we're a cost behind. I've real characters in the lender display the financial institution draft, day and verification draft quantity. They're bothering me saying used to donot create a cost. I've named and named and faxed and faxed and also to no avail have I gotten this straightened out. Our next thing is visit the neighborhood Information section.

Any help could be appreciated.
