Rip-off scam dirt bags victimized many consumers

I received a phone call from a woman who called herself "Neha". (She had a heavy Asian accent.) She informed me that I'd been "pre-approved" to receive a Platinum Master Card with a $2,000.00 credit limit.

Neha told me that all I had to do was pay a one time fee of $199.00 to receive the Non-secured Master Card, and that the payment would be drawn right from my bank account. No annual membership fees, no hassles. She also stated that within the two following weeks I'd receive a Visa credit card with a $2,500.00 credit limit.

How stupidly gullible I was! I gave this thief my soc. Sec #, my bank account info so that my account could be debited, my address... EVERYTHING!

One hundred, ninety-nine dollars and three weeks later, I still have not received the credit card which was supposed to arrive in "five to seven business days"! I was a fool, but these slugs at First Capital are GARBAGE!!! (If I could just get my hands on "Neha" for about FIVE MINUTES!..)
