Rude, do not cooperate, inflated fees, simple don't want to help Loss Mitigation Dept nationwide

I was trying to help some people who were just 5 days from losing their home. WHen I called them, they said that Wilshire credit wanted $20,000 to put them current. There payments were $2,100 and they were 4 months behind and Wilshire wanted $20,000 dollars that seems like alot of money.

When I spoke to Dennene Lewis, (there system of doing things are horrible you can only speak to one person) she had this attitude of being rude and not caring I told her she was looking for a way of not HELPING and I was trying to find a way of HELPING.

While speaking with her I realized that she didn't care nor was she wanting these people to stay in their home. She wanted money, plus increase their payments, she was not willing to do NOTHING else, if they have a problem with $2100 payments how can they place them in $2700 payments there are crazy. No wonder they are called a COCKROCHES BANK THEY LIVE UP TO THEIR NAMES.

I think WIlshire bank should go out of business, there are too many people losing their homes and with just a bit of help could stay in them.
