So I have received several letters from this company and they have all said the same thing. Criminal Check fraud charges are being formally recommended.
I called the company this evening and asked to take care of the balance. He wanted my home phone number so that he could call me back. He would not give me any information until I did that.
We argued for about 15 minutes. I kept telling him that he didn't need to call me back since I was on the phone with him ready to pay this debt off. He insisted on getting my phone number. So I gave him a fake. I then asked to speak to a supervisor and I quess that it is against their policy for anyone to speak to a supervisor.
The more the guy argued the more pissed off I got.
I cussed him out and hung up. I called back and asked to speak to a supervisor and when I would not give the lady my case number she hung up.
I called yet again. I asked to speak to a supervisor. I let myself calm down before I called back this time.
She asked for my case number and when I said that all I wanted to do was file a complaint she told me that I wasn't allowed to and hung up on me.
So I did some research on line and found several things against them including this website. I am soo glad that I did not give them any of my information. I will disreguard all letters that I get from them from now on.
The checks that I wrote were from 2000 totaling less than $150.00. They are trying to get me to pay $400.00. Needless to say they will not see a dime from me thanks to the information that I have found here.
