First Premier Bank, Arrow Financial Deshonest fraudulent billing and reporting Ripoff

First Premier Bank sold accounts of lost cards (that we reported and they did nothing) to Arrow Financial who never contacted us but sends negative reports to credit reporting agencies. And have been major reason for bad credit reports. And have ruined my credit. I want this removed from credit. Both these acount number are charge off's by Premier Bank and were sold after carch off's. These card's were lost we never used #4301718004056185 number two #5433628751334461
