This is a company charged my account for a service that they were able to verify that I canceled within the seven day trial time. I spoke to a Joseph I.D. 45718, Marcus I.D. 19206, Yvonne who claimed to be a supervisor I.D. 25528, Shane ID 24732, Wendy I.D. 11036, some of the people were rude as all get up, YVONNE THE SUPERVISOR who would not not proper phone courtesy if you super glued it in her hands, told me that it was my problem and I would have to take it up with my credit card company. So what I decided to do instead AND ADDITION TO TAKING IT UP WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY is find all of their sites and let you all know not to use their services. Privacymatters123.com is a big fat rip-off who will not cancel you when you request so that they can bill you... Frauds frauds... All they had to do was what was right and that would have been to cancel my account when i requested and give me back my money plus interest since they did not cancel when i asked.
