First, i had a very difficult time speaking to anyone. I was on hold for over 20 minutes between two calls. I was disconnected. The phone rang for over 5 minutes before i finally hung up. I kept on calling. Finally got a hold of phyllis, she was truly a very nice person, who wanted to get me directed to the right person. I have no complaints with her.
I have a problem with my checking account, and i wanted to send money to them western union, but they won't accept payment through western union until you are delinquent - so they can get additional money from your account. I explained this would cause additional fees to my account, and also they would charge additional fees, but it does not matter to them, they were almost proud to be the only payroll company that would not accept a prepayment via western union.
Don't deal with these people - ever. There are better companies out there that will at least work with you. This one will not work with you.
