I am very tired of Wells Fargo charging me OVERDRAFT FEES. Not too long ago I found out that they have the terms and/or policies they have are only making them rich thanks to their customers. These terms work to their advantage when they should work towards the satisfaction of the customer.
There's been several times where they (customer service) post weekend (friday-sunday) transactions usually on mondays in order of $ amounts, from highest to lowest. For example, just this weekend my balance should've been $2.83, taking into account all the purchases I made. But because they decided to post an automatic monthly payment of $16.50 first (my gym membership charged automatically every 9th of the month), my other $12, $5, $6, & $2 transactions which were transacted on the 6th, 7th, and 8th didn't go through. Thus, the $13.87 overdrawn amount cost me $34 per transaction overdrawn ($132.00 total!!!) This just isn't fair. They're filling up their pockets by charging their customers money they aren't really losing and have no need to. Excuse me, but I believe we all work to pay our bills NOT to make banks rich. We all work hard wnough to earn our money and for them to take it so unjustly is FRAUD and a CRIME.
