Harassing communication, non responsive personal for a none debt ripoff

Hi all

My 71 year old mother is being harrassed by these people over a non debt from AOL. I spent 3 months tryiing to cancel service, finally did and service repr. Said all billing would stop

They billed 1 more month and we just started getting these nasty communication

I'm looking for tips, tricks, procedure to follow to fight these jackals

Its only $35, but this is just wrong

PS Didn't aol have 2 court orders to stop this kind of garbage. Any recourse going back to the judge?

What about the fed's. This seems like it should be federal domain as they play all over the country and have their call centers in india.
