I have read the reports about this company and had a similar experience, I have included an alternative phone number for the company though it is tough to get someone to pick up, or not to hang up on you as soon as they pick up. I also included a physical address in case there is anyone not to far from the dump known as New Brunswick, can go there in person and do what you please to the scam artists,
I would personally maim all parties involved if I had the money to travel there, i hope these ba*ds can be broght to justice, every one i ever talked to there was completely rude, and acted as if I was crazy for saying they are full of crap, and after being on hold for up to 45 mins, people would pick up, then just hang up, and the process would begin again.
