Ripoff Violation of Consumer confidential Information

I am behind on payments and got a call while at work and my father answered the phone.instead of leaving a message they told my father that I was behind on my payment and that I need to get them up to date. This evening I went to there website to make a payment to find there website is down. I will join in the Class Action Lawsuit and be contacting my AG and as Recommended CA's AG as well
