Our mortgage was moved from gmac to asc last oct. Car pmts were created 8 weeks ahead of time to gmac - pmts delivered in my experience and gmac. Asc states 10/06 pmt lacking therefore analysis exposed in 1/07 to become finished by 2/6/07 after which by 2/28/07. A large number of phone to asc by me and tons more of car selection calls in my experience. With every phone i reconfirmed no late fees or derrog. Credit rating, even when lacking pmt was my mistake. Used to do all of the study work with asc despite the fact that they stated they'd achieve this. Today asc states pmt 'is' exceptional and documented 60-30-30 late to credit companies. Will not eliminate or provide me sales from gmac move. No overdue fees due - but credit rating has ceased me from educational funding for my boy to visit university. Single-mom. Horrible paperwork with no assistance or conversation from asc from anybody apart from customer support and selection department. Prepared to employ a lawyer or alter my identification at this time. 7 weeks communication and calls on record with asc. Overall rejection to adhere to workers' representations in my experience re: credit rating even if provided the situation of the chance that my sales was incorrect. Guaranteed again and again that because of business collection agencies work, credit was secure due to absent pmt analysis.
