Deducting unauthorized amounts from my account ripoff

I made arrangements to pay these people in four monthly payments for specific amounts. I was hesitant to give them my checking account information but they convinced me to do so.instead of taking out the monthly payments, they attempted to take all of it out at once which cost me an overdraft fee.

When I called they said they could take any amount they wanted to because I owed them the money and that they did not reimburse overdraft fees.
