Is a ripoff

I received a certificate in the mail asking for a $45 dollar membership fee and getting a 5,000.00 credit card. Up to now i have not heard from them so i decided to search for them in the internet. Now i know who these rats are so know i wish i can get my money back. MarisaLaredo, Texas
