Peoples credit first is a ripoff

That company send me a letter saying they had a card reserved with my name on it. I send 49$ and about three weeks later they send me the card and information on how to use it. The information said to shop through the internet at www.peoplescreditfirst.com but i looked and that email adress dont exist. Hope some one could do something about it and stop them from ripping other people off. NimrodStamford, Connecticut
