I had purchased the mobile home with my father in 1998. We told the company I am disabled and showed my dad had died. I asked to refiance they said the company does not refiance at the present time. I tried that three different times to make it easier on me. They took two payments out in one month when I had it taken out of my bank acct on automatic payments! I had filed a report with the bank. Now they keep coming after me for the back month I owe them that they claim.
I had asked to sell the property if buyer pays me some cash up front and takes over payments. They said the company does that but not at present time. If I go through customer service on something they tell me to call a manager named chris. When I talk with chris he conviently has nothing to show in his files that I spoke with customer service
I am disabled. I have to pay western union almost thirteen dollars a month to make sure green tree gets their money. Now since I told them they could take an extra 22 dollars out of my acct one month instead of taking out $377 they took out the regular $358 and $377. I spoke with a woman who worked in customer service. She said though I am on automatic payment. They can take the extra money out since I called it in time then when I had the one payment of $358 reimburst to me through the bank. When I spoke with the manager he said there was not one person I spoke with that could have told me the extra$22 dollars were allowed on my ACH acct with them and that they were in their legal right to take both payments. The woman also stated that the information I gave her was changed in the file & that the information in files get changed or lost due to miscommunications on a regular basis
