Scam EDP Technologies, Ripped Me Off $159.95 Ripoff

I have read other reports from other people just like myself now that I have been ripped off. My checking account is in the negative for $159.95. I never authorized this. I was just trying to apply for a payday loan when a bunch of popups came up. Some had my information on them. I clicked the upper right box to close them. I don't remember which ones they were but I imagine EDP was one of them. As I am typing this I am on the phone for the 6th time with them. They are experiencing a high call volume. What a shocker! They really are scam artists and told me that I can file for fraud with the police dept, I had 3 days to ask for a refund, I didn't notice this charge on my account until I looked on-line over the weekend and saw this charge and that my account was in the negative. I tried calling EDP after talking to my bank, I guess EDP is closed over the weekend. I e-mailed them and only after talking to them several times today did I get an e-mail back telling me that I did authorize this and they can cancel my card but I won't get a refund. I am going to file a Federal Regulation E Form with my bank, I have contacted the BBB, I am filing this, I even e-mailed the Governor of California to look into this scam company. Someone needs to shut this company down. People can't afford to have this done to them. I just applied for a $150.00 payday loan, why would I want $159.95 deducted from my checking account. Are they all working together? In my e-mails and calls to this company I told them I am not going to stop and I am going to keep pursuing this and I suggest everyone keep at it. It is ridiculous a company would be allowed to get away with this. I told them other companies I deal with if you don't want a product they give you a refund why not they? They said that is their policy, authorization, yada, yada. Well, just got off the phone with another representative who said I authorized this. I never did. I again hope that others this has happened to will contact authorities in California and have this company investigated.
