Total ripoff fraud dishonest

I was sent an approval letter for a platinum visa card 10,000.00 claiming it was totally refundable with first purchase, Well that was on feb, 03,07 it is now mar, 03,07 and still nothing. I decided to go on line and check, and the rip off line came up. Please don't be fooled like i was i could have really used the 37.00 they took me for.
