RIPOFF Bad records keeping very long deposit delays Business accounts a joke

Opened a business account at this bank. First problem was it took 11 business days for a deposited check to post to the account. I had over $10,000.00 in the account and the bank would not allow credit card transactions over $900.00. Did not receive statements for two months. I had to pay $50.00 to get copies of the statements that did not include check copies I had to pay an additional $29.00 for check photocopies. The process of getting statement copies took three months.
Finally, I came to the conclusion that it was impossible to have a First Convenience Bank business account and run a business. I moved to (ROR REDACTED COMPETITORS NAME) and they are wonderful.
