I got behind on my payments. I was never able to get ahold of anyone who knew what the heck they were doing. My attempts to contact them by mail because I couldn't trust their customer services reps. To resolve the situation were ignored. I also never received any past due notices advising me of someone I could contact to resolve it. The only thing I ever received were papers from a lawyer informing me I had to pay a proposed settlement in full or enter into arbitration, also accusing me of "breach of contract" and of "not cooperating" with the lawyer's office (who I had never heard from prior to receiving the papers by Fed Ex). They've lost me as a customer!!!
