Sending me 12 to 15 year old bills past statute of limatations

They have been sending and calling my house trying to get this money which i no longer owe due to the statute of limitations. I have recorded the messages from my answering machine to digital recorder for future reference. Is there a wat to send a cease&desist order to these people?
