Free Credit Report Not Free, Charged Two Months Later

This is a rip off. I signed up for this about 2 months ago and only looked at my "free" report once.

It's now 2 months later and I have been charged and I can't get ahold of anyone to get this taken care of. I am calling my credit card company tomorrow.
